MLA Shri Abhay Patil officially inaugurated the 24/7 drinking water supply project near the playground (water tank) in Chennamma Nagar Phase 1.

MLA of Belagavi South Constituency Abhay Patil had got approved the 24-hour drinking water project at a grant cost of Rs. 804 crore in the year 2018-19 and started the work. Now, the pipeline and overhead tank works have been completed in some places, and the works are in progress in some places. Drinking water supply has already been started experimentally in many parts of Chennamma Nagar.
Accordingly, on Thursday, date: 14-08-2025, at 8:00 PM, MLA Shri Abhay Patil officially inaugurated the drinking water supply project near the playground (water tank) in Chennamma Nagar Phase 1.
The chief guests in this program were
1) Shri. Mangesh Pawar, Mayor, Belgaum Muncipal corporation Belgaum.
2) Smt. Vani Vilas Joshi, Deputy Mayor, Belgaum Municipal Corporation.
3) Smt. Madhavi Sarang Ragoche, Municipal Servant, Ward No.-54.
4) Mr. Ramesh. Srikanth. mailyagol Municipal Servant, Ward No.-53. They and local citizens participated.
